National Road "The Historic National Road" Art Print

This second generation original National Road art print was completed by Mark Yarris, R.L.A. in 2010. It is on file with the Library of Congress. The colorized print shows a map of the original National or Cumberland Road segment from Cumberland, Maryland to then Wheeling, Virginia. The print also includes a narrative time line of the history of the road, as well as an unique graphic illustration showing the progression of the road's use over the last two centuries. The National Road print is printed on 61 pound weight, high quality, fade and finger print resistant paper and has an overall size is 19" x 13" with an approximate image size of 17.5" x 11.5". Suitable for framing. (For best results keep print from direct light, sun or otherwise, high humidity, water and high temperatures.) The print will be shipped out in a mailing tube.
