Albert Gallatin Authentic Signature as U.S. Secretary of the Treasury

This is the real deal! Up for sale is an authentic Albert Gallatin signature, as Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, clipped from a free frank letter. (Just so you know we did not clip it. We purchased it that way about 15 years ago.) The partial postal document / letter, written in his hand, reads as follows from top to bottom: "Treasury Dept., Albert Gallatin (signature), FREE (stamped below his signature), and at the bottom a person's name... partial first name... isha... full last name... Babcock. The clipped document is in great condition for its age of approximately 200 years. Review the pictures and judge for yourself. Also included with the document is a 1984 postcard with a graphic of him and signature(not real) as well as a note card with the color image of Frank Melega's 1951 "On the Pike" printed on the front.
